Frequently Asked Questions
Discover Your Perfect Prom Dress
YES. An appointment is needed to try on/view bridesmaid & flowergirl dresses, prom/evening wear & mother of the bride.
Our prom/evening wear are available to buy and take the same day however we do allow a 50% deposit then the remaining balance to be paid within 8 weeks.
Bridesmaids/flowergirl dresses are to order (except our “off the peg” bridesmaid selection) therefore we ask for 50% deposit then the remaining balance when the dresses arrive which is up to 12 weeks.
Mother of the bride are available to buy and take the same day & to be paid in full.
Bridesmaid/flowergirl dresses can take up to 3 months to arrive so we advise to order at least 6 months before the wedding to allow time for alterations.
We have a comprehensive list of independent seamstresses in different areas which are highly recommended and can provide an alterations service.
