YES. An appointment is needed to try on/view bridesmaid & flower girl dresses, Mother of the bride and prom/evening wear which are all 60 minutes. We have two separate units next to each other – one for prom/evening wear and the other for bridesmaids & mother of the bride gowns.
The first 15 minutes of your prom appointment will be for you to look around our store and choose some styles to begin trying on, then the consultant will help you with the remaining 45 minutes and get an idea of your likes and dislikes and suggest further styles. All our prom dresses are to buy and take the same day, as we are an outlet we work as an off the peg store. Prom girls can bring up to 2 guests to their appointment.
Our bridesmaid appointments are 60 minutes unless there are 5 bridesmaids or more, in this case we extend to 90 minutes if needed. We charge a consultation fee of £20 for all bridesmaid weekend appointments- payable upon booking the appointment. The fee will be deducted from your order if you place it the same day. This includes a glass of prosecco for the bridal party and 1-1 assistant helping you along the way. We have a seating area available that sits up to 4 guests comfortably to watch the bridesmaids find the one.
Our prom/evening wear & mother of the bride gowns are available to buy and take the same day however we do allow a 50% deposit then the remaining balance to be paid within 8 weeks.
Bridesmaids/flower girl dresses are to order therefore we ask for 50% deposit then the remaining balance when the dresses arrive which is up to 12 weeks.
Bridesmaid/flower girl dresses can take up to 3 months to arrive so we advise to order at least 6 months before the wedding to allow time for alterations. A selection of bridesmaid gowns can be ordered on quick delivery within 5 weeks for an extra cost.
We have a comprehensive list of independent seamstresses in most areas which are highly recommended and can provide an alterations service.
