Our Terms & Conditions

All our off the peg Prom / Bridesmaids Dresses are showroom samples, protos (one offs) and catwalk model samples, which may have been previously tried on.

All our off the peg Prom / Bridesmaids Dresses are non-returnable and non-refundable, as are any deposits paid to secure a Dress. They are also sold as seen.

Ordered Prom / Bridesmaids Dresses deposits (Dresses can take up to 6 months to arrive in store) and balances are also non-refundable and Dresses are non-returnable.

Ordered Dresses are special orders and are only ordered after an experienced member of staff takes a Customer’s measurements and agrees with the Customer as to which size being ordered is appropriate. If a Customer declines our advice and wants to order a smaller size (because she intends to lose weight for example) it is her obligation to accept the Dress when it arrives and pay the balance due irrespective of how the Dress fits.

Those who have ordered a Dress will be asked to sign our ‘Acceptance Of Goods Form’ upon collection and subsequent inspection of their Dress.
